Reclaiming Light: A Spring Reset for Mothers is a 90-minute guided gathering designed to help mothers pause, reflect, and reconnect as winter transitions into spring.
Facilitated by Jasmin Ford, APRN, PMHNP-BC, the session blends mindfulness, education, and supportive conversation to help participants navigate seasonal changes and cultivate emotional wellbeing.To support mothers in fully participating, childcare and kids crafts will be available on-site in partnership with Hello Baby.
Part of the Maternal Mindspace Series, an ongoing initiative supported by the Sonder Exchange Foundation to nurture maternal wellbeing through reflection, connection, and community care.
About the Facilitator
Jasmin Ford, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, educator, and community advocate committed to expanding access to mental health and wellness care.
As the founder of Sirabanna Wellness Group and Seven Lights Psychiatry, she bridges clinical insight with community-based healing and education. Drawing from both her professional expertise and her lived experience in motherhood, Jasmin creates spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Her approach blends evidence-based care with a deep understanding of real-life challenges, helping individuals and families build sustainable paths toward wellbeing. Through Maternal Mindspace, she hopes to foster open conversations about maternal wellness, care, and the shared humanity within mental health.
